What do you do when you want to paint a mural but you you’re not nearly that artsy and you rent not own? You buy vinyl wall art and carefully put it up so that it has the same effecr but peels right off when you’re ready to go. I’ve been obsessed with the idea of vinyl wall art for some time now, and if you remember I told you it was coming soon to our living room.
If you can’t tell already there’s a lot of love in our home. So, we decided to fill the room with love – literally – and decided on the love collage vinyl art from WallWritten.com. Although putting that sucker up was a lot more work than we’d anticipated (hello burnishing tools, elbow grease, and sponges!) and totally a two person job but we worked it out.
Now that empty wall behind our little sectional has new life and it only took us $54 and about 45 minutes to get there. Another great collabo on our part. The Man burnished and I measured and sponged. Here’s a photographic look at the process and the final result. (Which we’re SO very proud of!)
