A Wife Gripe: “Doing loads upon loads of laundry! No one told me that when there are five family members that doing laundry is so taxing! LOL”

Marriage Mantra: “We are in this {marriage, family} for life. No excuses , no obstacles are too big for us to overcome as a family.”

The 2-Year Plan: “We really want to travel the world as a family and separately as husband and wife. We are avid watchers of The Travel Channel and for so long we would always dream about going but now we have made immediate plans to travel to Italy, Africa and the Caribbean islands. We want to expose our kids to the world outside of America and experience cultures that are nothing like ours.”

Wifey Wisdom: “Do not be superficial when looking at your husband/wife. Love them for who they are, not for who you want them to be!”

    Love her wifey wisdom. Sometimes we do get too caught up in the superficial aspect of our spouses and forget there's a far more handsome man beneath the surface. It's his personality, character, and even the quirks that make him awesome, not how he looks from the outside (though I will say my husband is sexy as a heck inside and out…I'm just sayin'…).

    Ya know what would be even more bad a**? Having a "Meet A Wife Monday" badge that lets wives show they've been featured.
